Since June 2008 we have taken the following steps:
(1) Required TAITRA to correct the above information;
(2) Investigate the unauthorized confusion, mis-direction and interception of e-mails intended for our Company;
(3) Instructed our attorney to handle matters relating to Tat Sing Garment Laundry Pressing Machinery Co., Ltd.’s infringement of trademark rights and copyrights belonging to our Company.
We hereby issue the above Notice to avoid further misleading information, inconvenience and possible loss to consumers.
