Taiwan：
  • 1~2 days by postal/courier delivery in Taiwan proper.
  • Free shipping for individual orders over NT$2,000.
  • If order doesn't qualify for free shipping, the following product-based shipping & handling fees apply.

Overseas:
  • Shipping time for International air/EMS is based on Taiwan's international postal package delivery time.
  • Actual shipping is based on weight and the amount payable will be provided by e-mail from customer service.
  • As the Snaxin series has a liquid component, they can't be shipped overseas by air.

  • Receive e-mail notification of members-only promotions or important updates.
  Q4.Payment
Taiwan ATM/Wired transfer:
  • Please fill out the delivery address → Submit order Customer service will notify you by e-mail of the account details.
  • For faster processing, please inform us of the wired amount/last 5 digits of your account number once payment has been made.
  • Once payment has been confirmed customer service will notify you by e-mail of the shipping details.
Overseas PayPal:
  • Please fill out the delivery address → Submit order A payment notification will be sent by PayPal. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail to make online payment.
  • PayPal registration is not required for online credit card payment; PayPal members can use online credit card payment/transfer.
  • Customer service will be notified of successfully payment by PayPal and notify you by e-mail of the shipping details.
